Estela Osorio shows up to the gym on her first day and immediately gets spotted by Holland, a regular who notices her struggling with the equipment. He offers to help. She takes him up on it. What follows is a workout session that starts genuinely squats on the ball, resistance bands, the kind of correction-heavy early session any beginner goes through and then shifts direction entirely. Estela Osorio is the kind of person who takes instruction well. By the time the SexMex camera stops following the workout and starts following something else, the transition feels completely natural. The gym setting stays in frame throughout. The resistance bands get repurposed.
