Headmaster Tom is fed up with Kathrin and her slovenly ways. He's tired of repeating himself about the smell of her room and repeating himself. So he makes Kathrin strip from the waist down and bend over a chair. When she's positioned just so, he takes a strap to her bottom until its beet red and he gets tired. He leaves her in the room to think about what she's done... or hasn't done.
