The year is 2034 and the Earth is a dark, polluted and overpopulated planet ruled by a totalitarian regime. The police contact Jon Rice (Nick Manning) to find the "Mecas" and then destroy them. These beings are androids with a higher intelligence, who have an insatiable desire for sex, and were used as prostitutes by the former regime. Rice, together with his enchanting assistant, the young woman Major (Jodie Moore), begins his research into this whimsical world, which becomes a reality for the audience thanks to the magical effects of the most advanced technology used by the world-famous director Michael Ninn.
