The year is 2034 and Earth is a dark, polluted and overpopulated planet ruled by a totalitarian regime. The police contact Jon Rice (Nick Manning) to find the "Mecas" and destroy them. These beings are androids endowed with a higher intelligence, who feel an insatiable desire for sex, and were used as prostitutes by the former regime. Rice, together with his enchanting assistant, the young woman Majors (Jodie Moore), begins to make his investigations in this whimsical world, which becomes a reality for the audience thanks to the magical effects of the most modern technology used by the world famous director Michael N inn.
