A girl escapes from the "La Guardia" clinic - alarm - pursuit. The psychiatric clinic "La Guardia" is located in a remote area. Behind its walls live women who are never to regain their freedom.... Abigail Philips learns that her sister has died in this clinic. She wants to know the circumstances and has herself admitted there as a patient by Dr. Arcos. In 30 days, Dr. Arcos is supposed to get her out. No one else knows this plan. Abigail experiences hell in "La Guardia"; Greta, the sadistic director of the clinic, is obviously working on behalf of the state with the weapons of torture. As a result, Greta also learns Abigail's secret. Just before Dr. Arcos is able to release his patient from captivity, he falls victim to an assassination attempt.
