Tony is a landlord with tiny little video cameras in all bedrooms and bathrooms in each of his four apartments. He watches his beautiful, single, female tenants having sex, taking a shower, going to the bathroom, whatever. He is a helplessly addicted voyeur who cannot stop, even though he knows that what he is doing is wrong. And then Allie came along and everything changed. Instead of just wanking over his hot new resident, he falls in love with her. He doesn't look at another camera, he just thinks about Allie.
