In the semi-distant future, after the world has been devastated by nuclear war, 99.9% of the population will be made unable to have sex. These are the Sex Negatives (or neggies for short) who are cursed forever to take their only pleasure in watching the rare sex-positives (or pozzies) having sex on the world's No. 1 TV show, CAFE FLESH. Unfortunately, these pozzies are an endangered species, and when the last one spontaneously burns, it's time to go back in time in an unpredictable time machine to get some fresh meat.
