When this boy moves from West Philadelphia to the remote Californian district of Bel-Air, he hardly knows what hit him. But he quickly learns that to fit in, he'd better meet everything in town. While trying to get along with his uptight cousin Hilary and his horny cousin Carlton, who are always trying to get laid, Will discovers that a man with his 'skill' may find his place in Bel-Air after all. This film captures the essence of the sitcom, which presents two episodes of the show, one concept from the actual show and another episode from the creative wit of director DaWayne Dane himself.
