Isolated and undisturbed by the authorities, director Cruella Rex runs the notorious juvenile prison for difficult to educate girls with an extremely hard hand. New arrivals are mercilessly instructed in the strict rules of the penal system. Prisoner 510, as the youngest inmate, receives a particularly painful upbringing to deter all. Electricity, vacuum pumps and sensitive whip lashes will quickly break down her resistance, but even for exceptionally difficult cases, the director always has the right treatment at hand.
