Master Hubertus has his good-for-nothing slaves on the street bought for his extravagant way of life. Too bad that from time to time they forget to deliver the money. Caught in the act, the toughest penalties follow. In the dark torture cellar of the master, blows, clamps and hot candle wax make his victims beg for mercy. Relentlessly he continues his punishment.
