Kiss Today Goodbye George Payne plays a handsome construction worker who finds sexual opportunities everywhere he goes, but cheats on his boyfriend in the process. The plot involves male sexual desires and a growing emotional dependence, acceptance and understanding. The film ran for a year in the Big Tent, an all-male theater in the heart of the Times Square Centurian of Rome, and claimed to be one of the most expensive gay films of its time (nearly $100,000). It is famous for being allegedly financed by a Brink's security guard from a theft of nearly $2 million in 1980. Lloyd's of London, a Brinks insurer, became one of the co-owners of the film on a technicality. His Masters Touch in the late 1970s was a film by three college students who were looking for a new and different subject for their master's thesis. They decide to write about the gay lifestyle and discover sexual pleasure.
