The residents of Third World Media's TriSexual Asylum are in urgent need of specialized help; and everyone in this loony bin is more than willing to help a fellow inmate. There are no rules in this filthy sanatorium; as boy on girl, girl on girl and boy on boy, sex is the norm. But dare to upset the angry transsexual administrator and you will be paid with her ass.
