The "Bathorytales" tell the story of a noble lady who took special pleasure in the misery and despair of an outcast young nun. In the Countess's castle - in the deep dungeon - the mistress indulges her dark passion uninhibitedly and shapes the nun into her own property, the toy of her unbridled lust.
